How do I create my first setlist?
First, add some songs to your library using the "Add Song" button. Then switch to the "Sets" view and create a new setlist. You can choose songs from your library and add them to your setlist and build the perfect show!
Can I collaborate with my band?
Absolutely! Create a band from the "Bands" view, then invite members using the unique invite code. Band members can share songs, collaborate on setlists, and view performance displays together.
How do recordings work?
Currently, recordings are stored locally on your device using browser storage. This means they won't sync across devices, but they also don't count against any storage limits. Make sure to export important recordings! Cloud storage may be available in future updates.
What's the difference between free and premium?
Free tier includes core features with some limits on songs, setlists, and bands. Premium ($3.99/month or $49.99 lifetime) unlocks unlimited everything, advanced features, and priority support. Try free first to see if MY RAD SET works for you!
Can I use this for live performances?
That's exactly what it's built for! Performance view includes auto-scrolling lyrics, large touch-friendly controls, swipe through song lyrics, and screen wake-lock to prevent your device from sleeping during shows. Works great on phones, tablets, and laptops.
Does MY RAD SET work offline?
Once your songs and setlists are loaded, you can view them offline! However, creating new content or syncing with band members requires an internet connection.
How do I export my data?
You can request a full export of your songs, setlists, and account data by emailing support@myradset.com. We'll send you a downloadable file within 48 hours.
Can I share setlists with people who don't have accounts?
Yes! Each setlist can generate a public share link that anyone can view in their browser. Perfect for sharing with fill-in musicians or for backup during gigs.
What devices are supported?
MY RAD SET works on all modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop, mobile, and tablets. We also have native iOS and Android apps for the best mobile experience.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your account settings or your app store subscription management. No questions asked, and you'll keep premium features until your current billing period ends.
